FAQs

FAQs

Do you take health insurance?

No, we don’t bill health insurance for reimbursement. We are a membership-based practice that focuses on managing your health in the primary care setting. Not accepting insurance removes the hassle of copays and hidden fees.

Do I still need insurance?

Yes, we encourage all patients to have some form of healthcare coverage in case of a medical emergency. We will utilize your health insurance for referrals, imaging, vaccinations, or even blood work if you wish.

Why sign up if I have insurance?

In an insurance based medical practice the focus is on sick care. Rarely is time spent discussing the causes of disease and how to reverse the problem. Medicine is not always the answer. Strong preventative care and education should be the priority.

Do you offer one-time visits?

No, we don’t offer one time or urgent care visits for non-members. Our office focuses on continuity of care.

Do I have to sign a 1-year contract?

No, you are not required to sign a one-year contract. However, if you sign up for an annual membership, we offer a 10% discount.

Do you require children to be vaccinated?

No, we don’t require children to be vaccinated to be a member of the practice.

What if I need to cancel my membership?

We understand that life can throw you curve balls. If you need to cancel, we require a 30-day notice. If you have paid for a semi-annual or annual membership you will be refunded.
